1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the hiltonbet Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to hiltonbet and its authorized operators, affiliates, and service providers acting on its behalf.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hiltonbet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with hiltonbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hiltonbet Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on hiltonbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the hiltonbet Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hiltonbet or any applicable regulatory body.

By registering on hiltonbet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on hiltonbet, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number or email address.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active hiltonbet Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. hiltonbet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hiltonbet Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hiltonbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify hiltonbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. hiltonbet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

hiltonbet may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hiltonbet may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hiltonbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. hiltonbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on hiltonbet is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hiltonbet may apply transaction limits in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• hiltonbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full Bonus terms.

5.4 Processing Times

hiltonbet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. hiltonbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

hiltonbet may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• hiltonbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• hiltonbet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the hiltonbet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Game Integrity

hiltonbet is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming. All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by hiltonbet or any third party.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, hiltonbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. hiltonbet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. The decision of hiltonbet's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

7.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the hiltonbet Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, or promotional period. hiltonbet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiltonbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on hiltonbet.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing hiltonbet from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hiltonbet staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the hiltonbet Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

hiltonbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hiltonbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hiltonbet content without prior written authorization.
• Use the hiltonbet name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of hiltonbet's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hiltonbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their hiltonbet Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hiltonbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond hiltonbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit hiltonbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by hiltonbet

hiltonbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating Account closure.

Upon termination for cause, hiltonbet reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where permitted by applicable law.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting hiltonbet's customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the hiltonbet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
